Job Opportunity – Property Manager

Due to our continual growth, Ray White Forster Tuncurry has an opening for a Property Manager to join our dynamic team..
Key Duties and Essential Functions:
Client care and Communication
Monitor rental payments, arrears, accounts receivable and payable
General administration duties including emails and phone calls
Issuing of breach notices and other notices as required
Complete tenant vetting process, including reference checks
Preparing leases, renewals and rental increases
Listing of new properties, conducting open inspections and providing feedback
Attend training sessions, seminars, meetings and work functions
Maintain, monitor and continual database management
Record keeping, monitoring and provide reports to management as applicable
Meet and comply with KPI Standards and development
Must commit to ongoing and continuous training, upskilling and self development.
Skills & Experience Required:
Must have or obtain a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Must have current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Must demonstrate high organisational skills
Ability to problem solve and solutions driven
Able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
Immaculately presented and well groomed
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Possess a strong work ethic and value excellent customer service
Keep up to date with relevant legislation
Computer literacy required
